functional hotel, liked our stay, it had outstanding food and excellent location close to a light rail station. location: the venue was next to the orangerie, brussels centre and the airport. had supper enjoying drinks at nearby the grapevine. outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff at the reception desk, rooms were compact. the bed was good, the breakfast was savoury and tasty.

The orangerie where breakfast is held is fine, especially with the fairy lights creating a magical backdrop for special occasions.
The lack of an edge on the bath tray led to a bit of water spilling onto the floor after showers, which could be improved.

As usual, the fact to be only a few yards ahead of the European Parliament premises, where I have missions to accomplish. In addition, the breakfast lounge is always gorgious for a good start of the day.
Room rather small.

Hotel staff did a good job of accommodating me after my room was not available. Even though I got a smaller room, I received a lower rate which made it more acceptable.
Booked a room for 2 adults via bookings.com but the hotel did not have such a room available. Only room available was a small junior suite, which was not suitable for 2 adults.

Good location for my purposes.
Criticism for the misleading information on the web page: you say that from the airport take train to north station and then take direct line 2 to Troon station...Well, I tried to find the direct line 2 from the North station but the web page did not advice at all that first take line to rogier.. wery misleading and caused time estimation to fail.

I liked the location: I choose the hotel because i needed the most convenient location to get to the airport. Also if you like walking, the main sights can be accessed by walking. The sleep was also comfortable.
The lobbies were dirty, generally the hotel needs to be cleaned. Highrices for breakfast and web access.

The attentive staff made my stay pleasant.
I faced several issues that left me frustrated. The shower drain ran slowly. The bed was overly soft, leading to discomfort throughout the night. Lastly, the lack of hot food options for breakfast was disappointing, especially for an hotel pitched at this level.

Had a boss stay here, loved the breakfast spread, with all sorts of fresh options! Plus, the location near the European Parliament made exploring easy. Just wish the shower had a door—made things a bit tricky!
